Description

2 sugar cookies fresh out of the oven, but not TOO fresh out of the oven. They have been sitting there for about 45 minutes. Crisp on the outside, with a gooey warm center. Homemade CREAMY CREAMY ice cream with fresh strawberries diced perfectly through out, pancaked in between 2 of those cookies. A cold glass of 2% or whole milk sitting next door, ready for a quick dip to top everything off.
