Caramel Cream Pastry

A while back Alfred Pudding mentioned to me that he wanted a new mix for his CC-Devon Cream so I set out to come up with something for him. Daytime Frank was doing a bakery show today so I felt it was a good time to release it. This is a rich and buttery croissant with the cream filling and caramel lushness, then dusted with sugar for good measure. The VT-Croissant is a super buttery croissant flavor and it pretty decent on its own but I wanted to add a bit more body to it so I tossed in some FA-Cookie. The FA-Custard Premium combines with the CC Devon Cream for a decadent creamy filling. I used the FW-Salted Caramel as my main caramel note and the VT-Honeycomb is like the magical glue pulling all of these flavors together. The OOO-Powdered Sugar is to sweeten it up and add that sugar topped element to the mix. ***{Possible Substitutes} Although these will not be an exact match, they would still make a decent alternative if you are missing these two flavors. FA-Custard Premium can be traded out with FLV-Vanilla Pudding (same percentage). CC-Devon Cream can be traded with JF-Bavarian Cream but you might want to lower it to 1%. The other flavors are essential for the best results IMO.***
