Christmas Spiced pear Tart

Description

Totally stole this from Wayne Walker yesterday. Been dying to find a good use for the Extra Ginger, and this was it. It makes everything feel that little bit more cooked. Only had Fw LMP and it does a great job of masking up the clove. Merry Christmas mixers!!!
