Leche asada & chocolate

Description

A rich thick custard with a warm sauce of melted chocolate chunks and burnt sugar on top. Not my final version but very tasty. Please give me your thoughts and mix it. The custard needs 7-12 days of steep. But as always with custards the more you wait the better it gets
