This Mix was inspired by ID10-T recipe "Simple Sugar Cookie" https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/10644#simple_sugar_cookie_by_id10_t I used this base and added a couple of bits to it. INW - Raspberry (My favourite raspberry of choice) TPA - Cheesecake (Graham Crust) I added the cheesecake to add a slight chewy and doughy note to the cookie Hope you enjoy
