Just a simple butterscotch tobacco RY4 flavor. RY4 Double gives it that almost creamy velvety caramel flavory tobacco, while the butterscotch tpa gives it the nice smooth butterscotch flavor. Marshmallow TPA adds to the mouthfeel of butterscotchy goodness.
