I know this recipe would benefit from NET concentrates but I trust Flavorah tobacco's mix it up give it a try. Substitutes are inawara shisha vanilla for holy vanilla and if you have it flavor art hazelnut (grove) @ 1%.. this is a more authentic hazelnut flavor..
