Description

After 8 are pretty slim thin mints with a dark chocolate and a goey fontant like mint, just an after dinner treat to clear your palate. This recipe looks pretty simple but its super tasty and accurate. FLV Creme de menthe has a nice creamy texture and hints of chocolate with a nice peppermint note , but the peppermint stands out and separates itself a bit too much sometimes. Using Cap Double Chocolate V2 we add a nice dark chocolate note which tames down the pepperminty note blending it a bit better. FLV Cream is so awsame, it adds silky smooth creamy texture that creates kind our fondant like texture thickening the creams. OOO Powdered Sugar adds a little gritty sugar note to give realism to the minty fondant. Sweetener is needed for the authenticity of the recipe, chocolate needs to be sweet and fondants are made of sugar.
