A complex, smokey and syrupy tobacco, blended with a heavy vanilla base.
Started as a remix for Lord of the Rings by Yaeliq, but as I continued testing new combinations, one of my testers was very unique. I really liked that direction and decided to enrich it. It is needless to say that the tobacco-vanilla profile is quite common. The idea here is to have a rich vanilla base that will hold the body and mouthfeel of the recipe and leans towards the "French Vanilla" types, but will be bent by a pipe tobacco syrup. This is the realm of deep, rich, smokey and dark tobacco "syrup" blends.
_Tobacco_:
I decided to go with both Sweet & Smokey and Tatanka to get that dark, syrupy and interesting pipe-ish tobacco essence. INW Cavendish Tobacco Type is a great tool in every tobacco arsenal. It is used here in 0.5% to counter the syrup characteristics of Tatanka just a bit, while adding more depth with a touch of a pipe-ish woody tone and subtle sweetness. The result is a bold smokey pipe tobacco syrup.
_Vanilla_:
I was convinced that the inspiring liquid has some sort of French Vanilla in it. It carries the vanilla side of this recipe. Its unique texture (which I have not found in other vanillas yet) provides the main body, but not on its own. I decided to reinforce it with TPA Vanilla Custard, which is basically a vanilla ice cream with extra steps (and little to none egginess) and Holy Vanilla (v2) for that full mouthfeel and dark vanilla.
INW Vanilla for Pipe stands somewhere in the middle. Its vanilla notes are quite bright but it also provides a light and mild tobacco flavor, and thus is the bridge between the two profiles.
This recipe is not light in flavor by any means, and intended to be consumed with low wattage devices. Suitable to all MTL devices, from newer pods to "high wattage" MTL. I especially like it in Berserker V2 @ 30W or Galaxies RDTA @ 35W.
It needs around 3 weeks to stabilize, and just keeps getting better from there.Recipe
