Mango shake 🥭 V2

Fresh and smooth mango shake. My idea came from just coming back from a tropical holiday lol. I had a mango shake and wanted more so I made it into a E liquid. Something simple that tastes great.❤ I've updated the recipe and put cream in. If you liked the old 1 i have taken out (VT) Milkshake Base. I also added WS-23 just as a cooling agent but you dont have to add it if you don't like. Stay safe 👍
