Description
If you’re from the uk then you’re more than likely familiar with the confectionery biscuit they call “NICE”. It’s more of a shortbread “type” biscuit/cookie that has granulated sugar on top and the slightest Essence of coconut when you eat it. They are very tasty and pair exquisitely with a decent brew. I’ve tried this profile a few times in the past but unfortunately,with the offerings available at the time it just wasn’t cutting it. FA Vanilla Cookie was the missing ingredient for this recipe and once pushed to 3% with the addition of FW Graham cracker and INW biscuit for its crunch and slight coconut taste, this recipe is a success. No need to complicate things here! These 3 concentrates get the job done. 💯

**Just To Add** my personal preference for all recipes I make is to add a little sweetener, I played around with a few different sweeteners as I didn’t want the flavour to be muted with the recipe being so low @ 6% total. In the end I opt’d for FLV sweetness @ 0.75% and for me,this worked perfectly and this is what I recommend to you guys. If you prefer your recipes without though,just leave it out. 😎👍🏻 Recipe
