Banana Cream Cookie

Description

My take on a vanilla cookie filled with a banana cream filling. I've been on an FA Cookie/WF Cookie Butter SC kick lately and this is my latest creation using that combination. This is a crispy vanilla cookie with a thick sticky banana cream filling. The mouth feel is absolutely wonderful in my opinion.
