Maple Citrus Corn Cake

Description

A cast iron skillet cooked cornbread pancake topped with tart orange slices and a maple syrup drizzle. The pancake layer are OOO Cornbread, FLV Poundcake, WF Corn Powder and VT Butter Base. The citrus orange layer is CAP Juicy Orange with the tart/citrus coming from the WF Kumquat and a little Lemon Sicily. The Maple syrup drizzle comes from FA maple syrup and Cap Super Sweet.
