Longan red date tea

Description

Chinese sweet tea inspired by the new longan fresh from flavourart. Sweet currant is in place of goji berries that would normally feature in the traditional version, figured it would add a touch more fruitiness to the mix. Ginger ale doesn't really come through much, this is actually why I used it as I'm not a massive ginger fan but wanted to stay on track with the drink. Feel free to switch it for a punchier ginger if that's your fancy. Enjoy.
