<h3>Giant Swan</h3><h4>Description</h4>Hello.

The originally submitted tagline was “Celebrate the end of history with a menacing blend of champagne, rum and fruity fizzy candy.” Liquid Barn didn’t really appreciate my Fukuyama dunks, but I feel like it gets the point across.

This is the recipe for “Giant Swan.” This recipe is complicated, fiddly, and hard/expensive to source while not steeping well (shoutout TFA Sweetener... seriously, it really rounds the edges off the recipe with a shake and vape.) This recipe works substantially better if you mix a bottle of the flavor base and then just shake and vape it by the bottle. You know, like a one shot. It was originally offered as a limited release one shot from Liquid Barn.

It was originally mixed here, at 20% flavor total, and that’s probably where I like it. Liquid Barn suggested using this with their shortfills, which have a 16% limit, and it worked fine there too. Whatever, the ratio between the flavors is the more important part.

It was the audience choice from the Flavorah and Liquid Barn “DIY Extravaganza” at the 2018 VapExpo in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada. I’d really like to thank Flavorah for helping to get me down there, Liquid Barn for sponsoring and releasing the one shot, and anybody who bought this monstrosity while it was a retail product. It was great!

This recipe was a culmination of a whole lot of really scattered work over the course of at least a year. Among the many, many people I have to credit, I think Fear originally put me on the idea of using a champagne against a fruit to pop candy flavors. We were originally talking about FW Pink Champagne and a sweet tart style vape, but it was cool. And it was an idea I played around with quite a bit. The recipe basically fell together gradually by messing around with flavors that were being released at the time. I think ID10T, Kopel, Shyndo, and Apexified maybe saw or tried earlier versions of this?
