Foamy Bananas

Description

This is my attempt at the “pick n mix” childhood classic that is the humble foamy banana - common in the UK I’ve made variants of this recipe in the past but no banana flavouring has ever given the particular artificial banana flavour I’ve been searching for. I’d almost given up hope until I came up on FA banana candy which is a must have for this. At 3% it’s a smooth unobtrusive flavour with no off notes and I will probably try this out at slightly higher percentages in the future. To my taste I feel this recipe is authentic to the profile I was aiming for. I’d be grateful for any critique or reviews of anyone takes the time to mix it. Thanks !
