Using the Vanilla Custard Cheesecake in combination Yes We Cheesecake makes the cheesecake with a little Hangsen Italian Cream to add a little delicious funk. The apple and apple filling always work great together. The added graham cracker and the One On One flavor provide a very sweet topping to go with the spiced baked apple. I added the sweetener because I want a dessert of this type to be very sweet. Leave it out if you want. No rules here. Updated 12/12/21- added .75% FJ Fuji to add some separation for the apple from the body of the cheesecake. which was suggested by the first comment on this recipe.
