Corny tale of tarts

Description

This is the 1st version of my take on a cornflake tart. There is no strawberry jam in this one as working on the main base flavour first and adding the jam at a later date. I’m not sure if the OOO milky undertone is needed as yet . Any ideas or tweaks would be gratefully appreciated
