Cream Donuts

Description

This is tasty donut with cream and vanilla's notes. Steeping 15 days. This is my final version of the recipe as I liked it. In the version with Bavarian .... I owe the cream .. And I think the taste of the donut came a little lose. The version with pyrazine was not bad .... It gave something baked but if someone wants to put in a percentage of 0.2-0.3% .... so as not to lose the feeling of fluff. For me the best version was the one I give as a final. This makes the donut feel better .... Fluffy and chewy with a light light vanilla cream. Also I try the cream with add vanilla Custard 0.6% but I am feeling vanilla up to much and I don't want it. I want a simply cream with vanilla's notes. Thank you all very much. It would be my pleasure to mix it and comment so that we have the best result.
