Cruel Inventions (Vanilla Milk Steamer)

Description

A frothy vanilla milk cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar on top. I make this for myself occasionally by taking milk and steaming and creating a frothy mixture with a tablespoon of light cream, a dash of vanilla extract, and adding a pinch of cinnamon sugar on top.
