Cinnamon Plum Spritzer

Submitted for Mixers Club March 2022 - Cocktails. I saw something similar to this on a menu at a local spot where the wife and I were grabbing breakfast one day. I wanted to give it a shot. Rim a glass with cinnamon/sugar in the raw, muddle a caramelized plum, add simple, top with sparkling wine. FLV Brut Bubble Wine is here to be a sparkling wine/champagne. I think it works rather well and offers some effervescence that other champagne flavors lack WF Plum (Purple) is the main plum note while the VT Red Dates is here to cook down/caramelize the plum and dance around with the sugary notes. VT Golden Syrup, VT Raw Sugar, FLV Caramel, and FLV Rich Cinnamon are all working to make a brown sugar and cinnamon syrup as well as give a bit of cinnamon sugar rim. I hope your enjoy it! 🍾
