**Japanese Cheesecake with Taro**
I wanted to make a fluffy cheesecake that didn’t have a graham crust, but more of a cooked outside.
*I made this before I bought SSA Sweet Yogurt so I need to make an amendment.*
**WF Deep Fried Sugar Taro** is the taro.
**WF Pancake** is the dark, cooked outside.
**PUR Simply Cake** is the soft cake part that is still pretty moist for a cake.
**MB Classic Sponge Cake** thicken this up and make the cake less white.
**PUR Cheesecake Graham** for the cheesecake without much graham.
**SSA Sweet Yogurt** brings the funk and really transforms this recipe.
**FA Maple Syrup** for fun and a little more darkness.
