Tiramisu

Description

I had some Tiramisu some days ago and i got inspired to make me a Tiramisu liquid. I think nailing down the right blend of coffee, cream and the cookie part is tricky. So this i basically my V1 or work in progress as i am still not 100% happy with it. I have a version here that has swapped % of the cookie und the fluffy cake and i like that one too, but this one here tastes better after the same days of steeping. I am tempted to add just a touch sweetener to give the creamy part a little bit more of a commercial cream taste, but for now this is fine. So if needed try to add maybe 0.3% of sweetener (i think the TFa sweetener is going to work fine) Additional note, i have a version sitting around since maybe 2 or 3 weeks, that one has WF brazilian coffee at 0.9% and it is amazing, so maybe take your time and let it steep out
