Platinum Jubilee Trifle

Description

Celebrate the Queen's exceedingly long reign with this St. Clements Trifle. Lemon Swiss roll with a mandarin (in this case tangerine, but you'd never know) sauce. Custard and whipped cream and amaretti. It's yummy, fit for a queen. Especially one having to cope with the rest of her family ending up all over the media for all the wrong reasons.
