»**MONKEY CAKE**« | The biggest challenge was finding the right chocolate for the cake. I mixed several versions, but in the end, the differences were marginal. If you\`re a fan of creamy soft cakes with chocolate and baked bananas, you should give it a try. Special thanks to @folkart, who gave me some valuable tips regarding the chocolate. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do.

### INGREDIENTS

- **Creamy Cake** (MB) unfortunately Creamy Cake is an EOL flavor. As far as I know, it´s only available at https://www.rainbowvapes.co.uk/. Not that much of cake, but a great creamy layer.
- **Corn Bread** (OOO) for the texture of the soft cake layer.
- **Double Chocolate V2** (CAP) seems to be the "perfect" chocolate for the mix. It´s a little darker than plain milk chocolate and adds a slight brownie note.
- **Banana Custard** (VTA) already a good banana flavor, combined with **Banana Puree** (WF), you´ll get a nice soft mashed - almost baked - banana note.
- **Marshmallow Vanilla** (OOO) to get a hint of vanilla and a great mouthfeel.
- **Sweetener** (FW) is the go-to sweetener for bakeries.
