Nothing ground breaking here, just a nice, straight forward and easy dessert based on those delicious cream filled sponge cakes we all know and love. Drenched in syrupy glazed strawberries and finished off with a healthy dose of whipped cream😋 I’m really enjoying this. This is the first recipe I’ve ever shared anywhere, please let me know what you think, all feedback is welcomed. This is good off the shake but as usual, it really calms down and starts to meld together nicely after a few days. I prefer .5% purilum SS in this but feel free to use whatever sweetener you prefer at your desired percentage. Thanks for looking!
