This is my iteration on a Green Tea Mochi dessert. Its soft, light, powdery, slightly chewy, and starchy, with a finish of matcha green tea. I would like a bit more depth and presence from the Green Tea note, a touch more chew from the recipe, as well as a bit more presence all together. However, its a damn good start.
