Apple Oat Crumble RY4

Description

I just wanted something tasty, like an apple crumble on top of some ice cream that's melted up a bit when the hot apple hits the cold ice cream. PUR CA to get the bulk of the cooked apple but FLV AF low enough to fill it out without making it all about that Filling flavor. I wanted an indistinct caramel note with a hint of brown sugar so we use RY4D and FLV Caramel respectively. Oatmeal Raisin to give the mix some flavor and ViC to add some melty ice creaminess I enjoy. WF Crumble to top it all off. Description based on feedback: "Caramel. RY4. Apple, with a back note of bakery." Still unsure how long it needs to steep but in the first week some aspects will be more prominent at different times. I suggest waiting a week. The ice cream loses it's distinction and the apple isn't very prominent (if that's what you are after). Don't expect a ton of raisin; it mostly darkens up the apple. Don't want to mislead with the picture :)
