Nothing can beat a tasty Key Lime Pie 🍈🥧 **JF Cheesecake Graham Crust** - Main crust component and bridge for the filling. **INW Yes, We Cheesecake** - Fills in the thin cheesecake that JF offers, bringing tons of creaminess and some solidity to the base. **SSA Sweet Yogurt & WF Bavarian Cream** - The condensed milk portion of the recipe. Yogurt adding creaminess and a hint of tang that blends well with the limes, WF Bav Cream bringing some deeper/darker notes that condensed milk has. **FA Florida Key Lime & VT Persian Lime** - The lime base. FA is the best key lime out there and VT Persian brings some zest and fills out the key lime to feel more complete. Sweeten to your own tastes. I found 0.5 was good for this recipe. ------------------------------ Comes together best after a 3-4day steep. You can shake n vape, but the lime zest in VT Persian Lime is quite heavy so it will be a little unbalanced. As it steeps, the zest calms down and melds much better into the recipe. I just relied on the JF Cheesecake Graham Crust to offer the crust component. If you want to add in 0.5% FW Graham Cracker or 0.75% TPA GCC for a thicker and more prominent crust, feel free to do so - I preferred a lighter crust note in my tests. If you don't have SSA Sweet Yogurt I found that FW Yogurt at 1.5% is a pretty good sub here. Quick shoutout to @EyeMSam for the base. It was inspired by his 'Yes, We Pineapple' recipe and tweaked to fit in with the limes/my tastes.
