Apricot donut

Description

This recipe was my big craving. Apricot doughnut. Dough, because it is made as euro donut type. I love fresh warm doughnut with apricot jam from local small bakery. I ate a lot of it. Because I needed to know, how to make this recipe most close to that fries goodness. Pandoro is known for lemon-ish off note, which helped in this combination of apricot and nectarine and made it brighter. In my opinion, it all worked well in the end. There is not really possibility to sub any part, it is precise choice of flavours. Sasami apricot is top stuff. Big thanks to @Mindfloodz, which upgraded apricot part from @TamVapes recipe and helped me with fitting it there. Also thanks goes to @Marc_lux, his suggestion to use SA Beignet. This flavour completed it. Mix it if you can and want!:)
