Gooey Lemon Bars
Description
An ooey gooey lemon bar with a thick, browned crust at the bottom. A delicious lemony treat that's perfect for any lemon lover's ADV 🍋🥮🥄
**CNV Lemon Cream Wafer** - The base of the entire recipe. This is a very distinct flavor and everything in this recipe was built around this ingredient.
**WF Lemon Squares & VT Sour Lemon** - The supporting lemons that play into the entire recipe and other ingredients. VT Sour Lemon was added to just pump up the tartness a little bit more.
**CAP Shortbread, VT Croissant, & FA Vanilla Cookie** - The mainstays of the bakery/crust element. The CNV Lemon Cream Wafer has a darker wafer flavor to it and these all support that + bring their own twist to the recipe.
**VT Pudding Base** - helps with the gooeyness and overall mouthfeel of the lemon filling.
**Sweeten to taste**. It's not overly sweet, so if you prefer sweeter juices feel free to go up to the 0.8 or 1.0 range.

**Steeping**. This is a bit of a steeper. I found it needs around 10 days to come together but really shines after a full 2 week steep. You're welcome to try it before then (it's still pretty good), but patience will be a virtue with this mix.Recipe
