BBC-MC (Birthday Batter Cake - Mint Chip)

Description

Took bits from my BBC-C recipe, my chocolate birthday cake batter, and adapted it to a mint chip version. Tried a few version and had to keep lowering the menthe's to pull more of the cake batter and creams and chocolate from the mix. Ended up having to just choose one and keep it low, but it works. All in all, really let this sucker sit for awhile. Like 2 weeks minimum. So sorry lol.
