Description

My take on a Victoria sponge/sandwich cake. I originally thought that FA Zeppola might have been too strong; but after a few days steep it all mellows in together nicely. A nice jammy mixture for the middle, could maybe do with a bit more vanilla buttercream frosting to balance it out. My first recipe so any tips and tricks would be appreciated! Happy mixing 🙂
