Simple Caramel Tobacco v2

Description

One I made a few months ago and I love it. Major Edit- I used Rich Tobacco (Vape Craft) instead of Tobacco (TPA) I couldn't find it on here and after inquiring, I never got a response. Rich Tobacco has got a great tobacco flavor and I use it as a stand-alone tobacco. I hope they will add it so I can share some other recipes I made with it. This recipe is fantastic for me, fits my vape palate to a T.
