Pinneapple upside down cake

Description

Definitely a good cake! Recommended 1-2 week steep. Good off the shake. Used Brown sugar, cookie, Golden Butter, Bourbon, Golden Syrup and Yellow Cake to create a soft, dense, syrup(sugar not pancake style) drenched cake / crust layer. Golden Pineapple (s) create the non acidic portion of the pineapple Trio. Cherries on top. Been messing around with Golden Butter a lot lately, creates a full mouth savory note. Seem to work better making a fuller blend of flavors when not looking to layer flavor by flavor.
