<h3>Cake</h3><h4>Description</h4>Objective: Getting back into DIY I'm determined to make a cake better than Blueberry Cake by Glas Basix. 

Current Stage: Really tasty. Always room for improvement but it's already close. 

Notes: Buttercream frosting is an important aspect to this cake, let's see if WF is up to the task.

UPDATE 4-13-2023:
WF Buttercream Frosting SC and SSA Whipped Cream work very well together to create an authentic and fulfilling buttercream, nearly indistinguishable from the buttercream found in Glas BSX Blueberry Cake, very happy with these results. 

Dropped FLV Cupcake Batter from the mix because it has a maple smell that scared me away. I'll try to get a single flavor test done with it to see if it will be worth bringing it back. Mixed the way it is now it smells amazing. UPDATE: Brought it back in, it's battery goodness, but overtakes the buttercream a bit.
I think I'll try a version of this mix with everything at 2%.

On the shake and vape it's tasting really close to what I'm looking for but I am tasting a little maple probably from JF yellow cake, with steeping this will probably settle down. I think raising the creams will bring it even closer, whipped cream going to 2%.
