Description

I see lots of recipes for peanut butter with banana and/or chocolate, but I don't think I've ever seen this: peanut butter with apple. This is based on a maple peanut butter spread on slices of crisp apple - the cream is just in there to round off any sharp edges, particularly from the fuji.
