Strawberry ice cream
I haven't done many public recipes lately, so I whipped this super easy one together to kick me back into gear.
Flavor Notes:
4% CAP Sweet Strawberry and 3% TPA Strawberry form a solid strawberry with sweet top notes and a fleshy body.
3% TPA VBIC, 1% HS FVIC, and 0.5% FA Meringue create a rich and buttery ice cream base.
Just a touch of sweetener was included because it really helps me taste strawberries and because it's ice cream.
Optionally, throw in 0.3-0.5% JF Biscuit for some added complexity if you want the classic profile.
Shake and vape certified. I prefer a good 1-2 week steep on it, but there's never enough to last that long.
