I took my Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe and made it into a Blueberry Cheesecake...it is very good,, in fact, maybe better than the strawberry. The blueberry taste Jam-like and the cheesecake is creamy I think the Yogurt plays a big role in giving it the cheesecake flavor, that little tangy bite. Taste to me, like the picture.
