Banoffee Cookie (DMC Challenge)

Description

Banana and toffee cookie with a touch of cinnamon. This is for the Diy Mixers Crew cinnamon challenge. I don't really like heavy cinnamon recipes but this offers just a nice touch of cinnamon to compliment the toffee and banana cookie. Decent right away but really shines in a week or two.
