Description

An Irish potato candy. Coconut flakes and cream cheese rolled into a potato shape, and dusted with cinnamon. It ends up looking like a tiny potato! I started doing this for the DIY Mixers Crew Cinnamon Challenge. I wasn't able to complete it in time due to life. I wanted to post this anyway. I wanted to make something kind of out there, that most people wouldn't think to do, so that's where this came in. It's a very simple recipe, not much explanation needed for it.
