From the feedback - yes you can try JF Yellow Cake or OOO if you are avoiding fructose and you can use VT Butter Cream Frosting as alternatives. Even better possibly would be the OOO Vanilla custard cheesecake as this tastes like LA cream cheese icing but better apparently the original is still the best.
