Chocolate & peanut butter have been the bane of my existence the past 2 days. I finally had a "what if?" moment. What if I just tossed together a couple of one-shots? I just received a free sample of FJ Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and I hadn't tried my VSO Peanut Butter Fudge yet. It was now 3am and had to try them. PERFECT! So, here's the result. Smooth, creamy, zero dryness. This thing is outta sight!✌🏻
I used 1% CAP Super Sweet.
As always, sweeten to taste.
