My own creation of a nice apple and pear juice with lots of flexibility. Loosely based on Circle of Life by Twelve Monkeys. Works well as a 3 2 1 recipe but I like to add a little extra pear, some sweetener and some cooling in summer. Sweetener and cooling are very flexible, I like conservative amounts but you can add more according to taste. Pear flavour can be interchanged with different flavours, Ive tried FA Pear, FA Kiwi, INW Cactus. All works well but pearesto gives me some nice apple/pear peel flavour that really completes the while recipe. SnV ready but it gets better after 3 days steep.
