Bananascotch Custard

WIP Test after 20 day steep: Flavor is nice, gooey bakery banana, buttery & eggy custard. The butterscotch note blends into the custard base really well, not an overt butterscotch. Lacks mouthfeel -- may add a touch of marshmallow?\ \ Added 1% TFA Toasted Marshmallow - needed a few days after addition but damn that did a lot of good for this. Much improved mouthfeel, sort of softened some of the pervasive buttery notes from the custards. Just helped balanced things out, gave it a nice bit of a toasted top as well.
