Booze and Burn - Passion Fruit Ice Cream Edition
Description
The main inspiration here is **Dave**'s famous Ice Cream Trinity that I wanted to try. Not like I'm a pepper taster, but I just don't have **TFA VBIC** or **LB VIC** at the moment. Also because it looks so damn tasty and I happen to have the ingredients for it so why not, right?!
I decided to leave the **1-2-3 VIC** percentages just as he did and include a fruit. Something vibrant that could stand out and stay on top of the Vanilla Ice Cream. I went with **VTA Yellow Passion** as my main Passion Fruit. Very realistic, tart, and juicy flavor. Definitely one of my favorite fruit flavorings I own. At 2% I think it gives me plenty of flavor and leaves room for **WF Passionfruit**, which at 1.5% brings another layer of citrusy tartness to the mix.
**TPA Caramel** (Original) adds that creamy buttery caramel sauce and **TPA Sweet Cream** at 0.5% gives a creamy milky accent to the Ice Cream Trinity.
**VTA Light Rum** is here for the boozy kick. It has a light sweet fruity caramel type note that should work pretty good with the **TPA Caramel (Original)** and fruits in this recipe.
**Note**: The Ice Creams in this recipe need 2 week steep.
