Butter Pecan Frozen Custard

Description

Rich smooth custard type ice cream, with sweet creamy, butter pecans and hints of pralines with caramel and vanilla accents. Butter pecan & praline ice cream is a great butter pecan “cream “ the actual ice cream is lacking so I’ve added vanilla ice cream and smooth custard and a touch of white chocolate to fill in the ice cream. Pecan nut is a slightly syrupy, sweet roasted pecan, which worked excellent here added to the butter pecan/praline. I added caramel butter for blending the creams and nuts, adding buttery sweetness. Sweeten to taste- Coolant to taste. I’m not a fan of coolant so I left it out. Tested on a dead rabbit pro, dual tri core aliens, .17 @ 85 watts. Enjoy-Lynda_Marie
