Description

Buttery butterscotch and vanilla bean. Nothing groundbreaking, but it’s delicious! Simply layered butterscotch and a scoop of ice cream. The longer the steep the better it gets. \ \ In this adapted version, I’ve taken out cotton candy. It wasn’t bringing anything to the table, and replaced Flavorah butterscotch with WF caramel butter and to that I’ve added some creme de la creme for #1 the vanilla and to add a little more creaminess to the VBIC.
