CV Sopapilla Cheesecake

What can I say about this one? It is all in the Name. Lot of flavors here. Many will probably not want to mix a recipe with this many flavors. However, I believe your taste buds will thank you for this one. Just the right amount of cinnamon to pop nicely with a great crust flavor that will have you begging for more!!! ​ So let's break it down................................. ​ First we have a large helping of New York Cheesecake (CAP) with a little Cream Cheese (VSO) to compliment it. I went with this combination because I did not want any Graham in this one at all. ​ Then for the butter flavored crust we have Biscuit (JF), Croissant (VT), Butter Base (VT), and Butter (FA). ​ The SoHo (FA) was added to complete the crust flavor and texture (and it worked marvelously). ​ For the Cinnamon crusted on the top we have the one and only Rich Cinnamon (FLV) with just a small percentage here. I did not want this flavor to take over the profile and at the percentage used here it worked out exactly as planned!! ( "_Rubs hands together mischievously_" MUU HAA HAA HAA ) ​ Then topped it all off with the Rick's Sugar Daddy sweetener. ( Of course you can use whatever sweetener tickles your fancy or none at all if that is your thing.........:):):) ). ​ I never even tried this off the shake, so not sure how it will taste. I did try it at 7 days and it was delicious at that point.
