Description

Accidental recipe I came up with for a spiced flan while chasing my white whale (authentic horchata). Dulce de leche and sugar cookie are doing most of the work here for that lechera (condensed milk) flavor. FA Custard for the pudding and spice flavors. FA Caramel adds richness and color. Cap Horchata is strong I don’t recommend anything over .8% or it will turn into an egg flavor. Add 1% sweetener if you have a sweet tooth like me.
